Welcome to DreamySeal. By using dreamyseal.com (the "Site") or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or misuse the Services. We may refuse service to anyone at our discretion where permitted by law.

2) Products and pricing

Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We work to keep all content accurate but do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3) Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse, limit quantities, or cancel orders, including where we suspect fraud. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

5) Returns and guarantee

Please see our Refund Policy. We offer a 30-night money-back guarantee: try the product for up to 30 nights from delivery and return it for a full refund of the purchase price if you are not satisfied. Except for this guarantee and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, we make no other warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6) Not a medical device

DreamySeal products are general comfort and lifestyle products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including sleep disorders. Individual results vary. If you have a medical concern about your sleep, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

7) User content and feedback

If you submit reviews, photos, or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and business operations, without obligation to compensate you. You are responsible for the content you submit.

8) Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and branding, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit it without our prior written permission.

9) Prohibited uses

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property, to harass or harm others, to transmit malware, to scrape or harvest data, to send spam, or to interfere with or circumvent the Site's security features.
