Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. No minimums, no codes, no surprises at checkout.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Average delivery is 9 to 14 business days after dispatch. Remote areas can take slightly longer. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after the label is created.

Customs, duties, and taxes

In rare cases, shipments may incur import fees charged by your country. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Address issues and delivery problems

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages. If your tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, first check with the carrier and your neighbours; if it is still unresolved after 48 hours, email us and we will help.
